That right there is a heap of amusing things already but it goes on, the Park Range has it all. Steamboat Lake is near Willow Creek Dam which is a striking location beyond doubt worth checking out, and why not a little side spree to Deep Creek. Steamboat Lake gets very little rainfall; most of the snow falls during December while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Steamboat       Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Sunrise Vista Campground is a great local campground, and going for a hike along the Nipple Peak Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Big Creek Bridge Trail is perfect fun, and close by you hit upon Ways Gulch which is a magnificent site to stop by. At Steamboat Lake during the long summer days highs are in the 80's. Summer night lows plunge down                  to the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; night lows during the wintertime for Steamboat Lake tend to be in the 0's. If you need a location to stay CrossTimbers at Steamboat is a wonderful choice, and Steamboat Lake is right by the Coulton Creek Trail. Steamboat Lake is located in the Park Range. Get soaked paddling on Elk River; Nordic Lodge of Steamboat is a good location to get some rest. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Steamboat Lake. Hahns Peak Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore, and a tremendous spot to camp here at Steamboat Lake is Dutch Hill Campground.
