All through the warm days of summer at Stapp Lakes highs are mostly in the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Throughout the winter the highs are generally in the 20's while Stapp Lakes nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 0's. If time allows, Rocky Mountain National Park is a national park worth going to; Saint Vrain Creek - South has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by. is brilliant fun, and Timberline Falls is an inspiring place to take a look at while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect place to camp here at Stapp Lakes is Pawnee Campground; what would winter be without some skiing
at Winter Park. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Stone Mountain Lodge And Cabins is a great choice, and Stapp Lakes is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Middle Saint Vrain Campground is a wonderful
local campground. The slopes of Berthoud Pass are so inviting nobody can resist, and there's always Beaver Park Dam to have a look at right next door to Stapp Lakes. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff truly is abundant here in the Front
Range. Going for a hike along the Stapp Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and it's a nice idea to visit Coney Creek. A perfect close by hotel is Best Western Lodge At Nederland, and if you get bored of
Stapp Lakes you could also stop by nearby Beaver Reservoir. Stapp Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Front Range.
