Have a great hiking adventure along the Long Ridge Stock Driveway. There's so much to do here at Squaw Lake that you need to camp here for a while, River Hill Campground is a good location for that. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Rio Grande. An average amount of       precipitation falls at Squaw Lake; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is June. That right there is heaps of amusing things already but it goes on, the San Juan and Jemez Mountains has it all. Going for a hike along the Middle Creek Stock Driveway will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and you can stay the night at Thirtymile Campground. An exciting thing to have a look at close to Squaw Lake is Squaw Lake                  Dam, and do check out Hossick Lake, it's a charming lake. And that's not all you can do here at Squaw Lake.
