It's always fun to stop by Spring Creek Reservoir. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Spring Creek Reservoir while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Spring Creek Reservoir. This lake is one of the great places here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Box Canyon is a great place to explore,

South Clear Creek Falls is a delightful local attraction, and you can go for a hike on the Fern Creek Stock Driveway. So many exciting things to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, not enough time. Driveway. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Lake Fork Gunnison River, and going for a hike on the Long Ridge Stock Driveway is always a great adventure. This lake is so wonderful. A
tremendous location to camp here at Spring Creek Reservoir is North Clear Creek Campground; if you need a location to stay Fairfield Pagosa Resort is a great choice. There's no way someone can get bored here in the San Juan and Jemez
Mountains. Why not explore nearby Bennett Creek while you're here at Spring Creek Reservoir, and Spring Creek Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, South Clear Creek Falls Campground is a great local campground.
Not much rain falls here at Spring Creek Reservoir; August is the month that gets the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Spring
Creek Reservoir. If you come at the right time of year, Rio Grande offers some good whitewater, and everybody loves Ptarmigan Meadows.
