    If you are traveling by, why not stop by Spring Creek Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. Do have a look at Buckles Lake near Spring Creek Lakes, it's a pretty lake; Blanco River Campground is a splendid campground nearby. All the outdoors fun things in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. While you're here at Spring Creek Lakes you can take a hike along the Blanco River Trail, and you'll come across a pretty lake called Gardner Lake.  
   Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. If you come at the right time of year, Rio Blanco offers some wonderful whitewater, and V Mountain is a peak you can spot from Spring Creek Lakes.
Have a delightful hiking adventure along the V Rock Trail, and float down the rapids of Navajo River in a kayak. Interesting geology is available here; V Rock is in the vicinity of Spring Creek Lakes, and a perfect close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express
 
               Pagosa Springs, Co. Not much precipitation falls here at Spring Creek Lakes; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while June is typically the driest month.
Just can't get enough of Spring Creek Lakes. Take a hike on the Leche Creek Trail, and Best Western Jicarilla Inn is a magnificent location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Acres Green RV Park. Spring Creek Lakes is located in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains.
All through the summer months highs here at Spring Creek Lakes reach the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs throughout the wintertime are commonly in the 30's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Spring Creek Lakes tend to be in the 0's.

The take out after Mesa Canyon is where Trujillo Rd gets close to the river on R Left @ 37. 125988°, -107. 051072°

These are the closest Public put in & take out to the Lat/Long given on the site. Happy Raftin!...
