No need to travel far to take a look at interesting stuff like V Rock; Rio Blanco is a great whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is pleasant here at Spring Creek Lakes, you can go for a hike along the Leche Creek Trail. Spring Creek Lakes is commonly a rather arid place; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is June.
