Spotted Lake is a location that is rather dried out ordinarily; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is June. If you came for an overnight stay Broken Arrow Ranch is a perfect spot to camp, and on a delightful day you get a tremendous vista of Mount Hope from Spotted Lake. That right there is lots of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the San Juan and Jemez Mountains has it all. If you need a spot to stay OakRidge Lodge is a fine

| | choice, and paddling on Wolf Creek is so much fun. For the period of the months of summer at Spotted Lake highs are frequently in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 30's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Spotted Lake temperatures fall to the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. And that's not all you can do here at Spotted Lake. Go for a hike on the Highline Trail, unsurprisingly | |

distance away. Spotted Lake is one of the lakes here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Spotted Lake; Treasure Mountain Trail is a glorious local trail, and float
down the rapids of San Juan River - East Fork in a kayak. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express PAGOSA SPRINGS
is a brilliant place to spend a night or two, and why not camp at West Fork Campground while you're here at Spotted Lake.
