Do stop by Spiler Lake while you're in this part of Colorado. Camping is available at Blanco River Campground, and Spiler Lake is near Deadman Canyon which is undeniably worth taking a look at. Just can't get enough of Spiler Lake. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Pagosa Springs, Co is a delightful spot to spend a night or two, and Rio Blanco is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Value High Country Lodge, and hiking along the Leche Creek Trail is great fun. Spiler Lake is regularly a quite waterless spot; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is June. Spiler Lake is located in the San Juan Mountains.

a joy to pop by, and in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Navajo River. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Spiler Lake, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's.
The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Spiler Lake dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights.
This lake is so wonderful. Wolf Creek has perfect slopes and a friendly staff, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Mill Creek Stock Drive.
