Beautiful Spectacle Lakes has much to offer visitors. Rocky Mountain National Park is one of the destinations right next door to Spectacle Lakes that are good to go to. This lake is so wonderful. There is a good hiking trail close to Spectacle Lakes called the Black Canyon Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Aspenglen Campground is a magnificent place to camp. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Front Range. If you need a spot to stay

Spectacle Lakes gets very little rain; most of the rain falls during August, and the driest month of the year is November. If the weather is great here at Spectacle Lakes, you can go for a hike along the Ypsilon Lake Trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Ypsilon Lake. Spectacle Lakes is located in the Front Range.
This lake is so wonderful. Take a side tour to Bennett Creek, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Joe Wright Creek. At Spectacle Lakes during the warm days of summer highs are in the
70's, and through the night it cools down to the 30's. For the duration of the winter highs are mostly in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Spectacle Lakes.
The Lawn Lake Trail is a wonderful hiking trail next to Spectacle
Lakes, and one of the principal marks of the surroundings of Spectacle Lakes is Mount Chiquita. Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is plentiful here in the Front Range. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Cache La Poudre River, and if you're here, you might as well visit The Saddle.
