After a long day outdoors The Inn at Silver Creek is a fine place to spend a night or two, and you can run the rapids of Willow Creek. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Willow Pass Trail; South Side Reservoir is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Parkview Campground is a delightful local campground. This lake is so wonderful.       South Side Reservoir is right by the Rock Creek Trail, and hiking along the Haystack Trail is tremendous fun. A glorious location for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of South Side Reservoir is Colorado River, and a great site to camp here at South Side Reservoir is Trail Creek Campground. So many cool things to do at South Side Reservoir, so little time. Looking for some flowing water? Try Badgero Creek; while you're here, you could also stop at delightful                  Lake Ruby. Summertime highs at South Side Reservoir mostly tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 30's.
