The peak of Andrews Peak can be made out from Lake Solitude, and do take a hike on the North Inlet Trail. A wonderful lake like Lake Nanita close to Lake Solitude is a delightful site to check out, and Moraine Campground is a great local campground. A day on the slopes of Berthoud Pass is just what you need, and War Dance Falls is always fun to check out. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Fraser       River, and hiking along the Flattop Mountain Trail is splendid fun. The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Front Range. Rocky Mountain National Park is one of the destinations close to Lake Solitude that are delightful to go to; Roaring Fork Campground is a great campground nearby. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things in the Front Range. You'll find a stunning                  lake called Lake Nokoni near Lake Solitude; if you need a place to stay Inn At Grand Lake, The is a good choice. High temperatures at Lake Solitude through the warmest time of the year are in the 70's while night lows are typically in the 40's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Lake Solitude dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. If only every site had this much outdoors fun things, what a great world it would be. Take a little trip to Hallett Creek since you're here at Lake Solitude, and The Inn at Grand Lake is a great place to get some rest.
