Beautiful Soldier Canyon Reservoir has much to offer visitors. And that's not all there is to do here in the Front Range. Get wet paddling on Cache La Poudre River; if you get bored of Soldier Canyon Reservoir you could also have a look at nearby College Lake. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. If you came to camp Fort Collins KOA is a good place to do that, and taking a little trip to close by Eltuck Bay is a magnificent idea. Soldier Canyon Reservoir gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month is December. You absolutely must like Soldier Canyon Reservoir. Soldier Canyon Reservoir is located in the Front Range. So many exciting things in the Front Range, just striking. During your tour to Soldier Canyon Reservoir you'll meet some people from Fort Collins-Loveland
for sure, and if you need a place to stay Hilton Fort Collins is a great choice. Hiking along the Greyrock Trail is tremendous fun, and you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Jug Trail.
Summer brings highs in the
70's to Soldier Canyon Reservoir. For the period of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's, and night lows during the winter for Soldier Canyon Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. This
lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Soldier Canyon Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Heron Lake RV Park is a perfect location for that, and paddling on Cache La Poudre River is so much fun. A lake nearby is Horsetooth Reservoir, and The Armstrong Hotel is a wonderful place to get some rest.
