Do stop by Snowfield Lake while you're in this part of Colorado. If you're here at Snowfield Lake, checking out Devils Rockpile is a must, and a perfect place for whitewater paddling is Crystal River - North Fork. During the warmest time of the year at Snowfield Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. fall to the-10's. While you're here at Snowfield Lake you can take a hike along the Munsey Ruby Stock Driveway, and since you're here, you could also explore stunning Pierre Lakes.
Dry warm beds await you at Wildwood Lodge, and
Crystal River is a good whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You'll come across a wonderful lake called Geneva Lake near Snowfield Lake, and hey, Gotta ski right? Irwin Lodge is a great location to do that. One of the
principal marks of the surroundings of Snowfield Lake is Hagerman Peak, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Blue Creek Trail.
If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Snowfield Lake.
Camping is available at Avery Peak Campground. Be careful coming to Snowfield Lake, you might not ever want to return back home again. Do set aside some time for Lead King Basin if you're here at Snowfield Lake; you can have a delightful hiking adventure along the Trail Riders Trail.
