If you came for an overnight stay Gore Creek Campground is a good spot to camp; going for a hike along the Deluge Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Park Range has it all. The great people of Silverthorne like to hang out nearby, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Wheeler Dillion Trail.
Paddling on Arkansas River is so much fun, and after a long day outdoors
Silverthorne Days Inn is a splendid site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Black Lakes Campground is a brilliant local campground; the snow is delightful at Copper Mountain. At Snow Lake you don’t see much rain;
most of the rain falls through July; February meanwhile is the driest month.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Park Range. High temperatures at Snow Lake throughout the summer are in the 70's with nighttime lows
in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Snow Lake.
