Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Front Range. Slough Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Rimrock Campground is a splendid local campground, and Best Western Lodge At Nederland is a brilliant place to get some rest. You'll meet a lot of people from Boulder here, and everyone close by loves skiing at Winter Park. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Front Range will keep you coming back time and again. | | the vicinity of Slough Pond, it's a stunning lake; do take a hike on the Mount Thorodin Trail. Yeah, come here to Slough Pond for a delightful time. Slough Pond is a good place of normal rainfall; April is the wettest month with most rain; October is when it's the driest. The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here, you might as well stop by Dude Hole, and hiking along the Bear Peak Trail is magnificent fun. | |

So much fun stuff to do here at Slough Pond, too glorious to be true. If you need a site to stay Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is a great choice; Black Hawk Mountain is clearly visible from Slough Pond. Why not take a refreshing
hike along the Bolling Gulch Trail, and camping at Reverends Ridge Campground is always a glorious experience. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody loves Frazer Meadow; Braecher Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. High
temperatures at Slough Pond through the summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Slough
Pond plunge into the 0's. You must certainly visit Ralston Roost if you're here at Slough Pond; a great place for whitewater paddling is Boulder Creek - South.
