This lake is so wonderful. A good place in the neighborhood of Skyscraper Reservoir is Devils Thumb Pass, and there is a pleasant hiking trail nearby called the King Lake Trail. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Skyscraper Reservoir. In the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can       always go whitewater paddling on Clear Creek - West Fork. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Front Range will keep you coming back again and again. Camping at Fourth of July Campground is always a tremendous experience; dry warm beds await you at Beaver Village Condominiums. Skyscraper Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Front Range. Through the summer, highs mostly are in the 70's at Skyscraper Reservoir. During the moonlight hours it's generally                  in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while Skyscraper Reservoir nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Front Range. The summit of Guinn Mountain can be observed from Skyscraper Reservoir, and the Devils Thumb Trail is a wonderful hiking trail nearby. Not far from Skyscraper Reservoir you obtain some perfect water scenery at Skyscraper Dam, and Devils Thumb is an interesting thing to catch a glimpse of while you're here. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Skyscraper Reservoir. Going for a hike on the Diamond Lake Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and obviously, this is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes, Woodland Lake is a lake in the neighborhood. If you need a place to stay Iron Horse Resort is a fine choice, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Winter Park. This lake is so wonderful. Boulder Creek is a great whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Skyscraper Reservoir, and a pleasant place to camp here at Skyscraper Reservoir is Buckingham Campground.
