A visit to Silesca Pond is always a good idea. Not much rain falls here at Silesca Pond; of all the months in a year October is the one with the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Antone Spring Campground is a splendid local campground, and hiking along the Dry Creek Trail is wonderful fun. Be careful coming to the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. A scenic lake like Olathe Reservoir Number 1 in the neighborhood

Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Paradox Road. This lake is so wonderful. You'll locate a delightful lake called Olathe Reservoir Number 2 near Silesca Pond, and if you need a place to stay Quality Inn & Suites is a delightful choice. right there is a load of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains has it all. While you're here at Silesca Pond you can take a hike along the Coal Bank Trail, and why not a little side tour to Bear Creek.
At Silesca Pond through the summer months highs are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Silesca Pond are in the 10's.
In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Uncompahgre River; Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Montrose-Townsend, Co is a tremendous site to get some rest. So many entertaining things to do
here at Silesca Pond, too good to be true. The fine folks of Montrose like to hang out close by; why not camp at Iron Spring Campground if you're here at Silesca Pond.
