Shelf Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. You're almost certainly keen on lakes, Naylor Lake is one of those nearby; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Loveland since you're here. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area close to Shelf Lake has to offer. This lake is so wonderful. For the period of the summer, highs generally are in the 70's at Shelf Lake while night lows are generally in the 30's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are usually in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Shelf Lake. Shelf Lake truly is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. Lakes are good; Duck Lake is a lake that's next to Shelf Lake, and soar down the rapids of Clear
Creek in a kayak. It is very arid here at Shelf Lake ordinarily; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. Hall Valley Campground is a brilliant campground nearby, and close
by you stumble on Argentine Pass which is a brilliant place to stop by.
If you need a spot to stay Key To The Rockies Lodging At Keystone is a nice choice, and Guanella Pass - Arapaho National Forest is a magnificent local campground.
Why not take a refreshing hike along the Argentine Trail, and Argentine Peak is a peak you can see from Shelf Lake.
