Seven Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Park Range. Go for a hike on the Main Fork Trail; drift down the rapids of Elk River in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. There are great locations to look at along the Big Creek Trail, and the summit of Davis Peak can be seen from Seven Lakes. Not much rainfall falls here at Seven Lakes; during May this area sees the most       rain, and the driest month of the year is January. Be careful coming to the Park Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. Camping is available at Beaver Creek Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Western Lodge. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll go for Seven Lakes. If you came for an overnight stay Lakeside Campground is a great place to camp; Lake Eileen is a nearby lake that you could stop at. During the summertime months, highs typically                  are in the 80's at Seven Lakes, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's while Seven Lakes night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's. After a long day outdoors CrossTimbers at Steamboat is a brilliant place to spend a night or two, and if you come at the right time of year, Encampment River offers some great whitewater. Yeah, come up here to the Park Range for a great time.
