I lived at Seaman's Reservoir in 1974 and maintained it. I then also work at the Bellevue plant, I'll download some of my pictures and send them somtime. Back then the capacity was 4,330 A.F. Says Jim DePauw
Seaman Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Front Range. All the outdoors cool things in the Front
Range will keep you coming back many times. The scenery at Milton Seaman Dam near Seaman Reservoir is beautiful, and if by chance you wanna get out on the water, Carter Lake Marina is in close proximity.
Jim, I am a huge fan of this lake and how beautiful it is. Did you work for the DOW? I have had great luck fishing there, lovely camping weather and have enjoyed many hikes to the inlet. I have a few pictures of the lake when it was pretty full. Do you know where I can get information on why it was drained? Was it because of the construction of Glade Reservoir?
