Why not stop by Sandbeach Lake if you're passing through these parts. A glorious spot to camp here at Sandbeach Lake is Longs Peak Campground, and The Notch is another perfect place to take a look at nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You can take a little tour to Sand Beach Dam if you're here at Sandbeach Lake; Dragons Egg Rock is an out of the ordinary location to take a look at while at Sandbeach Lake. Through the long summer days here at Sandbeach Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 30's. very little rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here; November is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Sandbeach Lake; Lion Lake Trail is a fine local trail,
and of course, all our national parks are perfect places to take a look at and Rocky Mountain National Park is no exception.
Just can't get enough of Sandbeach Lake. The Finch Lake-Pear Reservoir Trail offers hiking at its best,
and the peak of Mount Meeker can be spotted from Sandbeach Lake. But wait, there's more to do near Sandbeach Lake. Marys Lake Lodge is a tremendous spot to get some rest; if you come at the right time of year, Saint Vrain Creek -
North offers some great whitewater. Just can't get enough of the Front Range. After a long day outdoors Alpine Trail Ridge Inn is a magnificent place to spend a night or two, and The Loft is a nice spot here at Sandbeach Lake.
Cony Creek is a great place to visit It's always splendid to have a look at Calypso Cascades. And if that's not sufficient there's heaps more amusing stuff to do in the Front Range. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at
nearby Berthoud Pass. Sandbeach Lake is a beautiful lake in the Front Range.
Why not camp at Mount Meeker Campground since you're here at Sandbeach Lake, and Finch Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit.
