If you like lakes and you're in this part of Colorado you can check out Salmon Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Silverthorne Days Inn, and Ruby Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. If only every place had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great world it would be. This lake is so wonderful. The Lily Pad Lake Trail offers hiking at its best; Salmon Lake is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Boulder Creek Campground is a good spot to camp

| | nearby. On a pretty day you acquire a panorama of Red Peak from Salmon Lake; a great place for whitewater paddling is Tenmile Creek. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Park Range. Blue River Campground is a glorious campground nearby; the skiing at Breckenridge is fine. There's great hiking along the Wheeler Dillion Trail, and a round of golf at nearby Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks is a fine way to kill some | |

time. Salmon Lake gets very little rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is located in the wonderful Park Range. That
right there is a lot of fun things already but it goes on, the Park Range has it all. If you need a place to stay Snowshoe Motel is a perfect choice, and do stop by Willow Lakes, it's a delightful lake. This lake is so wonderful.
Salmon Lake is right by the Mesa-Cortina Trail, and in case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Blue River. Through the warm months, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Salmon Lake
with nighttime lows in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Salmon Lake. Man, is there plenty of entertaining things to do near Salmon Lake. Salmon Lake
is a location with many visitors from Silverthorne; a day on the slopes of Copper Mountain is just what you need.
