Saint Marys Lake Dam is a delightful site right next door to Saint Marys Lake; you can catch a glimpse of Fox Mountain from Saint Marys Lake. At Saint Marys Lake you don’t see much precipitation; during August this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. At Saint Marys Lake throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's.       When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Saint Marys Lake descend into the 0's. You can run the rapids of Clear Creek right next door to Saint Marys Lake, and Saint Marys Glacier is something you shouldn't miss while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Boulder Creek is a fine whitewater spot near Saint Marys Lake; you can never get enough of the good skiing at Winter Park. A perfect nearby hotel is Georgetown Mountain Inn, and you can have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Guinn Mountain Ski Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Super 8 Motel - Georgetown is a splendid choice, and why not have a look at nearby Silver Creek while you're here at Saint Marys Lake. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever want to return home again. Why not camp at Midland Campground if you're here at Saint Marys Lake; do take a hike on the James Peak Lake Trail. Having a brilliant time at Saint Marys Lake is easy.
