The summit of Leon Peak can be seen from Sackett Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Sackett Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Twin Lake Campground is a great place for that. After a long day outdoors Howard Johnson Express - Cedaredge is a good spot to spend a night or two. Lakes are great; Round Lake is a lake that's near Sackett Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.       There's a forest here at Sackett Reservoir called Grand Mesa National Forest; hiking along the High Foot Trail is delightful fun. This lake is so wonderful. Gunnison River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot nearby. Stay the night at Weir and Johnson Campground; the East Leon Trail offers hiking at its best.
