If you are in Jackson county it's always a good idea to stop by Round Mountain Lake. Thunderhead Lodge And Condominiums is a great spot to get some rest, and a splendid place to camp here at Round Mountain Lake is Granite Campground. That right there is heaps of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Park Range has it all. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Elk River; after a long day outdoors Western Lodge is a great place to spend a night or two.

| | Mountain Lake you don’t see much rainfall; December is the wettest month with most snow, and the driest of the months is August. Be careful coming to the Park Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. Round Mountain can be seen from Round Mountain Lake, and camping at Summit Lake Campground is always a great experience. 40's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Round Mountain Lake.
Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Everybody nearby loves skiing at
Steamboat; the Newcomb Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Near Round Mountain Lake you discover a golf course called Haymaker Golf Course, and hiking along the Rainbow Lake Trail is perfect fun. Round
Mountain Lake is located in the Park Range.
This lake is so wonderful. Routt National Forest is worth taking a look at, and Round Mountain Lake is right by the Crags Trail. The slopes of Howelsen Hill are so inviting nobody can resist, and Lake Albert is a nearby lake that you could take a look at.
