Round Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. The Percy Lake Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close to Round Lake, and lakes are such serene spots, why not check out Lake Percy. Why not camp at Granite Campground if you're here at Round Lake, and you can run the rapids of Elk River. Man, is there a load of fun things to do near Round Lake. An afternoon playing golf at Haymaker Golf Course is always a pleasure, and close by you stumble on the

| | Fish Creek Falls Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail.
If you came for an overnight stay Base Campground is a great site to camp; Scandinavian Lodge and Condominiums is a great location to get some rest. At Round Lake all through the summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while Round Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the-10's. | |

If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great earth it would be. While you're here at Round Lake you will meet lots of people from close by Edwards.
The Park Range scenery is always beautiful. If you
want a brilliant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Park Range. There are other locations here than Round Lake, for example Little Lost Lake; why not head up to Steamboat and strap some skis to your feet. This lake
is so wonderful. There is a brilliant hiking trail next to Round Lake called the Divide Trail, and the snow is wonderful at Howelsen Hill.
Round Lake is mostly a reasonably waterless site; December is when you get the most snow
here; the driest month of the year is August. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is plentiful here in the Park Range. Get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Elk River; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try
Butcherknife Creek. A great nearby hotel is Winterwood Townhomes, and there's some attention-grabbing stuff to make out at Long Lake Dam near Round Lake.
