Throughout the summertime months highs here at Ross Reservoir reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Ross Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Winterwood Townhomes is a pleasant place to get some rest, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Steamboat since you're here. This spot       is unbeatable, just check out all the fun stuff to do in close proximity to Ross Reservoir. There's fine hiking along the Divide Trail, and Bear Park is a good place here at Ross Reservoir. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Park Range rocks! You can never get enough of the nice skiing at Howelsen Hill, and you're most likely addicted to lakes, Stambaugh Reservoir is one of those nearby. At Ross Reservoir you don’t see much rainfall; most                  of the snow falls all through December; the driest of the months is August. Ross Reservoir is located in the Park Range. Now, you may imagine that's a heap but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Park Range. Good hiking is available along the Percy Lake Trail; you'll meet a lot of folks from Edwards here.
