There are other places here than Ross Reservoir, for example Stambaugh Reservoir; dry warm beds await you at Scandinavian Lodge and Condominiums. The skiing at Howelsen Hill is splendid; Hidden Lakes Campground is a fine campground nearby. It is very waterless here at Ross Reservoir regularly; all through December this area sees the most snow, and the driest month is August.       So many cool things to do here at Ross Reservoir, too fine to be true. Lakes? Sure, Hidden Lakes is close at hand, and a day on the slopes of Steamboat is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. Bear Park is right here at Ross Reservoir, and Ross Reservoir is a great site to visit for more than one day, Grizzly Creek Campground is a great site to camp nearby. This lake is located in the wonderful Park Range. This lake is so wonderful. The Percy                  Lake Trail offers hiking at its best, and do take a hike on the Newcomb Creek Trail. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to observe at Stambaugh Dam in close proximity to Ross Reservoir, and Winterwood Townhomes is a delightful spot to get some rest. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Ross Reservoir, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Ross Reservoir dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. That right there is a heap of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Park Range has it all.
