While you're here at Rogers Peak Lake you can take a hike along the South Boulder Creek Trail; a great place to camp here at Rogers Peak Lake is Midland Campground. After a long day outdoors Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a nice place to spend a night or two, and you'll come across a beautiful lake called Heart Lake. You absolutely must have a thing about       Rogers Peak Lake. Really glorious skiing awaits you at Berthoud Pass, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the James Peak Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Mount Bancroft is beautiful and can be spotted from Rogers Peak Lake, and a tremendous nearby hotel is Iron Horse Resort. A brilliant place for whitewater paddling near Rogers Peak Lake is Clear Creek - West Fork, and Ice Lake Dam is picturesque. Rogers Peak Lake is a location                  that is reasonably dried out generally; through the month of August you get the most rain around here while February is mostly the driest month. You can never get enough of the fine skiing at Winter Park, and camping is available at Spruce Lodge Campground. Summer at Rogers Peak Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. Highs through the winter are typically in the 20's while Rogers Peak Lake night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 0's. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. This lake is so wonderful.
