A visit to Rod and Gun Club Lake is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay West Fork Campground is a great place to camp, and there's brilliant hiking along the Windy Pass Trail. Around Rod and Gun Club Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; through July this area sees the most rain while June is mostly the driest month. if you fancy the outdoors. Pagosa Riverside Campground is a great campground here, and obviously Allen Creek flows through this region. A pleasant location like Allen Park here at Rod and Gun Club Lake is too fine to miss; dry
warm beds await you at High Country Lodge. That right there is a lot already, but it goes on; Rod and Gun Club Lake has it all. Wolf Creek is a splendid local ski area, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Rod and Gun Club Lake; Rainbow Trail is a great local trail.
