It is very dry here at Rock Lake mostly; August is when you get the most rain here while January is ordinarily the driest month. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Best Western Rambler is a great spot to get some rest, and hiking along the Indian Creek Trail is wonderful fun. If you need a site to stay Knights Inn Walsenburg is a good choice, and going for a hike along the Black Hills Trail will let you absorb the

| | natural beauty of this area. This lake is so wonderful. Copper King Canyon is a fine location to spend some time at, and Rock Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Bearadise Cabins and RV Park is a tremendous local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Eldora is a very popular ski area nearby. That right there is a load already, but it goes on; Rock Lake has it all. and Rock Lake is not the only spot close by, Fielden Reservoir is a close by lake. Have a great hiking adventure along the Peaks Trail; a lake nearby is Pinon Lake. This spot, the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, has so much outdoors
amusing stuff. A nice place to camp here at Rock Lake is Circle The wagons RV Park; playing golf is lots of fun at Grandote Peaks Golf Course. Summertime highs at Rock Lake usually tend to be in the 80's. During the moonlight hours
it's typically in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are typically in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Rock Lake. Rock Lake is one of the lakes here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
