Go for a hike on the Cebolla Trail; Regan Lake is a wonderful location to visit for more than one day, River Fork Camper Park is a wonderful location to camp nearby. So much amusing stuff to do here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, too tremendous to be true. You're most likely addicted to lakes, Rito Hondo Reservoir is one of those nearby, and you can run the rapids       of Rio Grande. For the duration of the warm days of summer, highs commonly are in the 70's at Regan Lake with night lows in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Regan Lake. One of the main marks of the surroundings of Regan Lake is Jarosa Mesa, and Rambouillet Park is a brilliant spot to check out. Good hiking is available along the Fern Creek Stock Driveway, and Slumgullion Pass Campground is                  a brilliant campground nearby. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in close proximity to Regan Lake. Looking for something next to Regan Lake? Continental Reservoir is close by, and don't leave Regan Lake without first going for a hike along the Rough Creek Trail. Man, is there a lot of fun things to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. There's whitewater on Lake Fork Gunnison River for all you adrenaline junkies; Comfort Inn Ouray is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.
