A good view of beautiful North Rawah Peak is available from Rawah Lakes, and Rawah Lakes is a good location to visit for more than one day, Browns Park Campground is a good location to camp nearby. Lake is one of those close by. You just have to have a thing about Rawah Lakes. Hiking along the McIntyre Lake Trail is glorious fun, and there's whitewater on Joe Wright Creek for all you adrenaline people. Summertime brings highs
in the 70's to Rawah Lakes. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 30's. During the wintertime highs are usually in the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Rawah Lakes temperatures sink to the 0's.
Around Rawah Lakes you don’t get a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is January.
