A glorious close by hotel is Gateway Inn Restaurant Cnf Ctr, and whitewater paddling is fine on Joe Wright Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Rawah Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Medicine Bow Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Get covered with water paddling on Cache La Poudre River; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Camp Creek. You get a nice vista of North Rawah       Peak from Rawah Lake Number 3, and a lake close by is Kelly Lake. And if that's not sufficient there's a load more enjoyable stuff to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Why not camp at Hooligan Roost Campground while you're here at Rawah Lake Number 3, and going for a hike on the McIntyre Lake Trail is always a magnificent adventure. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Good hiking is                  available along the North Fork Trail, and a pleasant place is Grassy Pass. Through the months of summer at Rawah Lake Number 3 highs are frequently in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 30's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Rawah Lake Number 3 are in the 0's. So many entertaining things near Rawah Lake Number 3, simply fantastic. A nice location to camp here at Rawah Lake Number 3 is Browns Park Campground, and Big Rainbow Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at.
