Many people like to go to Lake Ramona. This lake is so wonderful. right time of year, Cache La Poudre River offers some wonderful whitewater. Summertime highs at Lake Ramona usually tend to be in the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs
in the 30's with temperatures at Lake Ramona dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights.
Take a hike on the Swamp Creek Cutoff Trail, and in the neighborhood of Lake Ramona you come across a golf course called Fox Acres
Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Peak To Peak Lodge Inc. is a good spot to get some rest. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Lake Ramona. Hiking along the North Lone Pine Trail is nice fun, and Wildcat Canyon
is also a great place to look at.
It is very arid here at Lake Ramona mostly; the wettest month of the year is commonly July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is January.
