Beautiful Porter Reservoir has much to offer visitors. If you came for an overnight stay Burning Mountain RV Park is a nice place to camp; hiking is a popular thing to do around Porter Reservoir; Mansfield Ditch Trail is a nice local trail. Paddling on Colorado River is so much fun, of course you could also take a look at Barton Porter Reservoir since you're here; it's not far at all. is typically a quite arid place; throughout October this area sees the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. South Canyon Hot Springs is a delightful spot to have a look at while you're
at Porter Reservoir; do take a hike on the Fayville Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A great close by hotel is Clarion Collection Glenwood Springs, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Last Chance Trail. Camping is available
at Ami's Acres Campgrounds, and if you need a place to stay Quality Inn & Suites is a tremendous choice. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Sunlight Mountain while you're here, and Barton Porter Dam is pretty.
