Places like Mill Creek Basin are fine to go to, and Forest Canyon is a splendid site to spend some time. This place, The Pool, it truly has so much outdoors exciting stuff. On a wonderful day you obtain a view of Beaver       Mountain from The Pool; Endovalley Campground is a good campground nearby. High temperatures at The Pool throughout the summertime months are in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to The Pool. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Cache La Poudre River, and you can stay the night at Moraine Park Campground. The Pool is a beautiful                  lake in the Front Range. If you haven’t been to Rocky Mountain National Park, you have to schedule some time for it if you're here; if you're here you can take a hike along the Loch Vale Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Some of the water nearby flows, like Spruce Creek, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Glacier Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Cub Lake is near The Pool; a short tour to Fern Falls is always worthwhile. That right there is a load of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Front Range has it all. Very lovely scenery and tremendous skiing is what you get at Berthoud Pass, and if you need a spot to stay Peak To Peak Lodge Inc. is a tremendous choice. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. If you come at the right time of year, Saint Vrain Creek - North offers some delightful whitewater; a brilliant close by hotel is Estes Park Condos. The Pool is pretty dried up usually; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
