It's always fun to stop by Pond Lily Lakes. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Park Range. Hiking along the Big Creek Bridge Trail is pleasant fun, and a tremendous nearby hotel is Nordic Lodge of Steamboat. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Howelsen Hill, and if you need a place to stay CrossTimbers at Steamboat is a fine choice. Buck Mountain is a peak you can observe from Pond Lily Lakes, and going for a hike along the Red Dirt Trail

This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Elk River offers some good whitewater, and you can have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Nipple Peak Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Park Range. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff close to Pond Lily Lakes will keep you coming back repeatedly. Soar down the rapids of Elk River in a kayak. to look at everything Pond Lily Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Pearl Lake.
All year is a fine time in the Park Range if you go for the outdoors. There's so much to do here at Pond Lily Lakes that you need to camp here for
a while, Dutch Hill Campground is a great site for that, and the slopes of Steamboat are so inviting noone can resist. It is very dried out here at Pond Lily Lakes mostly; December is when you get the most snow here; February on the
other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Pond Lily Lakes. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and night lows at Pond Lily Lakes during the winter mostly dip into the 0's.
