This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best Western Grande River Inn & Suites is a splendid place to spend a night or two, and you can go for a hike on the Bowdish Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Wine Country Inn is a glorious spot to get some rest; at Piute Reservoir you can distinguish Castle Rock. Piute Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Escalante Breaks. Reservoir, and you're most likely into lakes, De Beque Reservoir is one of those nearby. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kannah Creek. The warmest time of the year at Piute
Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Piute Reservoir drop into the 0's.
