The beauty of Pitkin Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Vail Racquet Club Condominiums is a great spot to get some rest; hiking is a popular thing to do around Pitkin Lake; Lost Lake Trail is a glorious local trail. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Park Range. The peak of The Spider can be seen from Pitkin Lake, and there's great hiking along the Slate Creek Trail. Pitkin Lake is a location that is quite dried up mostly;

location to camp here at Pitkin Lake is Davis Springs Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Glide down the rapids of Gore Creek in a kayak, and there are plenty of people from Silverthorne here.
This location, the Park Range,
has so much outdoors entertaining things. After a long day outdoors Fallridge At Vail is a pleasant site to spend a night or two, and don't leave Pitkin Lake without first going for a hike along the Deluge Lake Trail. Pitkin Lake
is not the only place nearby, Booth Lake is a nearby lake; Pitkin Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Gore Creek Campground is a glorious local campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the Park Range.
If you like skiing, you're in luck; Vail is close to Pitkin Lake. So much enjoyable stuff in the vicinity of Pitkin Lake, truly inspiring. An afternoon playing golf at Vail Golf Club is always a bliss, and the skiing at Copper Mountain is pleasant.
