It's always fun to stop by Pisgah Lake. Elk Creek flows through this region, and what would winter be without some skiing at Winter Park. Having a delightful time at Pisgah Lake is easy. If you came for an overnight stay Shwayder Camp-Temple Emanuel is a good location to camp. You truly must go for the Front Range. Good hiking is available along the James Peak Lake Trail; Gambler's Edge RV Resort is a splendid local campground.

All the outdoors fun stuff close to Pisgah Lake will keep you coming back again and again. Broomfield Gulch is close to Pisgah Lake and is beyond doubt a wonderful location to stop by, and beautiful scenery and delightful skiing is what you obtain at Berthoud Pass.
