The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. This site, the Front Range, has so much outdoors fun things. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lake of the Pines has to offer, you can camp at Stone Mountain Lodge and       RV Park, and the Bear Peak Trail offers hiking at its best. During the summer at Lake of the Pines highs are mostly in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lake of the Pines. A spree to Geer Canyon is always fun. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Boulder, Co; Allens Lake is a nearby lake that you could                  explore. Red Hill is beautiful and can be observed from Lake of the Pines; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake of the Pines; Green Mountain Trail is a great local trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Bighorn Moutain Lodge is a nice choice. There's so much to do here at Lake of the Pines that you need to camp here for a while, Parrish Ranch Recreational Vehicle Resort & Evnt is a nice spot for that. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! Lake of the Pines rules! You can run the rapids of Saint Vrain Creek - North close to Lake of the Pines, and Allen Lake Dam has glorious water scenery. Lake of the Pines gets very little rainfall; July is the month that gets the most rain; January is the month with the least moisture.
