Do stop by Pheney Reservoir while you're in this part of Colorado. And if that's not enough there's plenty more fun things to do in the Park Range. You can take a little spree to Pheney Dam if you're here at Pheney Reservoir, and you can run the rapids of Williams Fork. Going for a hike on the Eaglesmere Trail is always a nice adventure, and there are other sites here than Pheney Reservoir, for example Taussig Reservoir Number 1. At Pheney Reservoir all through

| | the summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Pheney Reservoir fall into the-10's.
Near Pheney Reservoir you come across the Surprise Trail which is a fine hiking trail; camping is available at Willows Campground. This lake is so wonderful. The Park Range scenery is always beautiful.

for a hike on the Williams Peak Trail, and lots of people from Silverthorne come here. Now, you may believe that's heaps but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Park Range. Vail Racquet Club Condominiums is a great
place to get some rest, and get your pulse rate up on the glorious whitewater of Blue River. Pheney Reservoir gets very little rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February.
If you want
a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Pheney Reservoir. If you need a place to stay Silverthorne Days Inn is a magnificent choice, and why not camp at Red Mountain RV Park if you're here at Pheney Reservoir.
