Beautiful Peterson Lake has much to offer visitors. This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Boulder Creek, and why not camp at Buckingham Campground if you're here at Peterson Lake. Having a great time at Peterson Lake is uncomplicated. The Kings Lake Trail is a splendid hiking trail close to Peterson Lake, and Fourth of July Campground is a wonderful local campground. This lake is so wonderful. There's
