There are other places here than Perino Reservoir, for example Park Reservoir, and Dunnagan Dam has nice water scenery. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Keyah Grande Resort is a tremendous choice; nearby Roush Draw is a great place to go. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Perino Reservoir; Martinez Creek Trail is a delightful local trail, and Dunnagan Reservoir       is a brilliant lake nearby. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. After a long day outdoors Fairfield Pagosa Resort is a tremendous site to spend a night or two; a round of golf at nearby Pagosa Springs Golf Club is a good way to kill some time. Happy Camper RV Park is a great local campground, and don't leave Perino Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Fourmile Stock Trail. All year is                  a nice time in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains if you like the outdoors. A trip to Mud Spring will fill your spirit with fine feelings, and paddling on San Juan River is so much fun. This lake is located in the wonderful San Juan and Jemez Mountains. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great globe it would be. Why not camp at Turkey Springs Campground if you're here at Perino Reservoir, and there's nice hiking along the Piedra Stock Trail. Really great skiing awaits you at Wolf Creek. At Perino Reservoir you don’t see much rain; most of the rain falls all through July while June is ordinarily the driest month. During the warm days of summer highs here at Perino Reservoir reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 30's.
