Deer Park is a perfect place here at Penrose-Rosemont Reservoir, and dry warm beds await you at Best Value Inn Villa Motel. Penrose-Rosemont Reservoir gets very little rainfall; throughout July this area sees the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. Take a hike on the Penrose Trail, and after a long day outdoors The Cliff House Hotel at Pikes Peak       is a delightful place to spend a night or two.
