It is very waterless here at Peacock Pool commonly; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and November on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. But wait, there's more entertaining things to do in the Front Range. On a fine day at Peacock Pool you can take a hike along the Long Peak Trail. Lakes are wonderful; Keplinger Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Peacock Pool. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Rocky Mountain National Park is a delightful site near Peacock Pool, and you can run the rapids of Saint Vrain Creek - South. Man, is there loads of cool things to do in close proximity to Peacock Pool. Going for a hike along the East Longs Peak Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and Boulder Field is a lovely place any time of year.
