Parvin Lake is a beautiful lake in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Why not explore Haviland Dam if you're here. There's so much to do here at Parvin Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Dowdy Lake - Arapaho National Forest is a tremendous spot for that. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area in the vicinity of Parvin Lake has to offer. Don't       leave Parvin Lake without first going for a hike along the Swamp Creek Cutoff Trail, and since you're here, you could also stop at beautiful Twin Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Fox Acres Country Club not far from Parvin Lake, and there's great hiking along the Kreutzer Nature Trail. Throughout the warm months here at Parvin Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 40's. For the duration                  of the winter highs are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Parvin Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Parvin Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Lost Lake Campground is a great local campground; dry warm beds await you at The Evergreens On Fall River. Just can't get enough of the Medicine Bow Mountains. Near Parvin Lake you come across Wildcat Canyon which is a magnificent place to pop by, and the Mount McConnel Trail offers hiking at its best. And if that's not sufficient there's lots more enjoyable stuff to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Paddling on Cache La Poudre River is so much fun, and you'll locate a wonderful lake called Parvin Lake.
