If you are in this part of Colorado make sure to pay a visit to Park Reservoir. Summertime highs at Park Reservoir usually tend to be in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 30's. Highs during the winter are regularly in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Park Reservoir. Park Reservoir is pretty arid commonly; through July this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is June.

| | Park Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the San Juan Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Fourmile Stock Trail; the panorama of Brockover Mesa is stunning. Now, you may assume that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Park Reservoir. A good nearby hotel is San Juan Motel, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Wolf Creek. Having a splendid time in the San Juan Mountains is painless. Drift | |

down the rapids of San Juan River in a kayak; a short journey to Mud Spring is always worthwhile. Park Reservoir is in close proximity to Roush Draw which is absolutely worth a visit; hiking along the Middle Mountain Trail is
pleasant fun. But wait, there's more amusing stuff to do in the San Juan Mountains. If you're a golfer then a magnificent close by course is Pagosa Springs Golf Club, and if you need a spot to stay Keyah Grande Resort is a magnificent
choice. Park Reservoir is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Turkey Springs Campground is a pleasant local campground; Park Reservoir is right by the Piedra Stock Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Do visit Newt Jack
Spring Reservoir near Park Reservoir, it's a wonderful lake, and camping at Happy Camper RV Park is always a wonderful experience.
