Palmers Lake is always a pleasure to visit. You get a brilliant view of Wrights Mesa from Palmers Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit San Miguel River. And that's not all you can do here at Palmers Lake. Lakes? Sure, Logging Camp Draw Reservoir is in close proximity, and going for a hike on the Cottonwood Trail is always a tremendous adventure. All year is a tremendous time in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains if you adore the outdoors. Logging Camp Draw

This lake is one of the great places here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Mountain Lodge At Telluride, and close by you locate the Telephone Draw Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. There are some great whitewater spots on San Miguel River, and there is a wonderful hiking trail nearby called the Horsefly Trail.

Palmers Lake gets very little rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Palmers Lake is a brilliant location to visit
for more than one day, Antone Spring Campground is a brilliant location to camp nearby. So many cool things to do here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains, too tremendous to be true. There are other sites here than Palmers Lake,
for example Dead Horse Reservoir, and Miramonte Reservoir Campground is a good campground nearby.
All through the days of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Palmers Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are typically in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Palmers Lake.
