In Colorado there are many beautiful lakes, Palmer Reservoir is one of them. After a long day outdoors Eagle Motel is a great place to spend a night or two, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can pop by Nichols Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Just can't get enough of the Front Range. Why not camp at Lone Duck Campground since you're here at Palmer Reservoir, and if you have time to spare, Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is a national

This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Waldo Canyon Trail, and you're sure to stumble upon some fine people from Colorado Springs here. And that's not everything you can do here in the Front Range. A good nearby hotel is The Cliff House Hotel at Pikes Peak, and if you came for an overnight stay Promontory Campground is a tremendous place to camp. Palmer Reservoir. Take a hike on the Stanley Canyon Trail; you can see Devils Kitchen from Palmer Reservoir.
Palmer Reservoir is right by the Indian Trail; a lake close by is Nichols Reservoir. During the summer, highs regularly
are in the 80's at Palmer Reservoir, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Palmer Reservoir are in the 0's. This lake is located
in the wonderful Front Range.
Palmer Reservoir is pretty dry regularly; July is the wettest month with most rain; January on the other hand is the driest.
