This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Kannah Creek offers some good whitewater, and great hiking is available along the Spring Camp Trail. For the period of the summer at Palisade Reservoir Number 1 highs are regularly in the 90's. When the night sets in       temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while Palisade Reservoir Number 1 nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. At Palisade Reservoir Number 1 you don’t see much rainfall; through the month of October you get the most rain around here; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful.
